Norm has successfully led sales expansion at a variety of companies in his more than his 30 year
career, most recently as VP of Sales at Talent Technology and JobFlash Inc, HR technology
companies. Prior, he was GM & EVP of Sales at Workshare Inc., a UK-based company
in the document security space and VP of Sales and Marketing at Intraware, where he built a team
that grew sales from $0 to $122 million to set the stage for the company's IPO. Norm has also
held senior sales management positions at Oracle and Macromedia (now Adobe). Earlier in his career,
he owned and operated a telephone call center from start-up to over 200 people. Norm graduated
from the University of Southern California and earned his MBA in telecommunications from Golden
Gate University.
